Track Your Progress With Isagenix
It’s super important to keep track of your progress as you complete your Isagenix program. You can never get Day 1 back so make sure you keep a record of your success!
Keeping track of your progress helps you to stay motivated to continue your journey to become the best version of you.
On the morning of Day 1, fill out your Measurement Tracker. Download your Measurement Tracker here. It’s helpful to have someone on hand to assist you with the measurements.
Once you weigh yourself on Day 1, stay away from the scales, only weighing yourself on Day 9, Day 20 and Day 30.
Remember to take your photos! Front, back and sides and we recommned also taking a face shot. You’d be amazed at how your face can change over just 30 days.
